Owner: Greg Wooley, Yuma TN
Year: 1969
Make and Model: Plymouth Roadrunner hardtop
Engine: Modified 440
Transmission: 727
Differential: 8 3/4" 3.55 posi
Color: Original bright green metalic
I've had this 69 road runner for 12 years now and it was a basket case when brought home. She's painted Bright Green Metalic (factory color) and the six pack hood is semi-flat black.
I'm running a 440, hydraulic Mopar cam, 915 heads, Wiesco pistons, and a Edelbrock Performer RPM intake. Trans is 727, cheeta valve body and 9 1/2 inch PTC converter. Rear gearing is 8 3/4 489 case with 3.55s for street and 4.57s for strip. She's a real cruiser on the street and always proud to uphold the Mopar tradition of waxing brand X ers when provoked. I done all mechanics at home in the driveway including all new suspension, brakes and drivetrain. This car is an ongoing dream for me and I've never lost interest in seeing her totally ready for show or go.
